Tracking our trip across the western United States
Sunday May 20th 2012

"It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end."

The Plan

The planning for this trip began over a year ago as a playful gouging between brothers to strike out on the road and see the Western United States. What was initially more of a dare than a plan, has developed into a route spanning 12-14 days and over 6,000 miles, which will take us through 16 states. Our group includes Mike, Diane, Matthew, Harold, Benjamin and Cheyenne all riding the American classic Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

This will not be Mike and Diane’s first trip out West, but it will be their first trip on a motorcycle. After deeply researching their options they decided they liked the safety and comfort of a trike.
